Where's the Outrage Over Black Family Breakdown?

I'm not EXCUSING it. It's a VALID reason for the expansion of pathology. Does it not occur to you that blacks don't have the same face value as white people? Do you not understand what suspect class means? Not VICTIM class? I'm not excusing pathological behavior, I never did. I whole heart agree with Cosby AND Larry Elder (who is a friend of mine). One cannot know the level of acceptance or none that they'll encounter in any given educational or professional environment. That you'd say that blacks ALWAYS self segregate is to assume that they are accepted everywhere, without suspicion, and they have no reason to stay in the neighborhoods they are always in. You ever heard of block busting?
