Because you speak like a know it all answer these questions: 1. How will the gov't ensure and enforce the biological mother and father of their child married for life? 2. How will the gov't ensure and enforce the sex that conceives that child? 3. How will they do the same by discriminating against gay couples? This is the matter before the SC. Go for it Beethoven.
