To expect the Bible to be responsible for a time, as we understand time, for the beginning of the Earth, is to missaply the scripture. To expect temporal knowledge to provide a spiritual underpinning for such a creation, is likewise a missaplication of God's unfolding mystery as supplied to the mind of Man. To finally come to an understanding that, if only God is recognized as THE AUTHOR of all creation, there is nothing that he will not reveal to us in his own good time.
