This shooting and others like it are the symptoms of a deep sickness in our society. Gun laws at best only address the symptoms of this sickness. Unintended consequences of the sexual revolution, the Welfare State, Roe vs, Wade, taking prayer out of school. These are the things that need to be examined as the cause of the sickness and violence that plaques America. This type of violence against innocent people was rare prior to the these.

It's a lot easier to pass gun laws than to try to solve the real problems. It gives gun control advocates a good feeling without accomplishing anything, an ideal situation from their point of view.
