The last great Democratic Party President, John Fitzgerald Kennedy stated that by lowering all taxes everyone, even the government, will gain revenue. You want to soak the rich, well then by lowering tax rates, people will spend more, creating more wealth, which allows more tax money to be collected by the government . Everyone benefits from the increased business activity which means more jobs, more spending, more taxes, Raising taxes only decreases financial activity.
