He ought to be hanged! Killing someone by accident is manslaughter. Purposely doing it, which he did by backing up over him when he wasn't even legally able to drive is disgraceful. But, California judges have no regard for the law. And neither do most Californians, which is why I bailed on that worthless state 20 years ago.
