If the Senate takes then up, the house should succeeding departments at 90% - 85% - 80% - 75% . . . they may squeal like stuck pigs, but a good manager could get the important work done with a lot less.

Actually, people working in the governments keep most of the wealth they confiscate.
Does this college professor not know that the emancipation proclamation was issued after the war between the states had started and that it only applied to Confederate states and some non-aligned territories and that it was a military tactic intended to cause disruption in the population?
So, Toure, if it's OK end a human life to avoid your personal inconvenience, how about someone else's convenience and your life? OK with you to quench it?
