The deals by BO that Mr. Krauthammer notes were a blantant display of just how far that BO thinks he can go. BO demonstrated that he is willing to conduct business like a third-world dictator by getting exactly what he wants through bribary. Even the tax payers in Nebraska who would benefit by the deal think it is embarrassing to benefit from this bribe. The unions are used to under-the-table deals, so they marched straight to the source for their handout.
