And, as John Kennedy advocated so forcefully during his tenure: "A rising tide raises all boats". JFK knew that lowering taxes actually raises revenue. Ronald Reagan knew it as well. It works every time it's tried, but still the democrats can't and won't agree to that simple truth.

The deficit will be reduced and eliminated with a tax cut when federal spending is reduced and not just a slow down in the increase of federal spending. I would love to see Romney take us back to spending levels in the last year of Clinton's term increasing it by just inflation over the past 12 years and that would be the new base line in federal spending.
