All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made." So Jesus was with God and was God and all things were made by Him. I don't think you can accurately claim that God was speaking to His Son. If the words were intended for any beings, it was likely the heavenly hosts (Michael, Gabriel, etc.) that existed with God prior to the creation of the universe.

Absurd. A unique human begins with the zygote, created by the joining of chromosomes from sperm and ovum. Any other definition of human is necessarily political, i.e., at what point do we accept the person to be human? Your definition, Zinj, is extremely broad and vague and would justify the killing of anyone that you believe to be inferior.
