Top Immigration Officials: Criminals Being Set Free Under Obama’s ‘Amnesty’ Policy

Simple solution. Illegal immigrants are invaders. According to the Constitution, the militia is authorized to repel invaders by any means necessary, including lethal force. The militia consists of every able-bodied man of at least 17 and under 45 years of age who are not members of the National Guard or Naval Militia.(that is, anyone who would be eligible for a draft). Former members of the armed forces up to age 65 are also considered part of the "unorganized militia" per Sec 313 Title 32 of the US Code. So any member of the militia, as his Constitutional duty, can shoot any illegal alien dead without fear of being charged for a crime. I'll settle for executing every illegal alien that commits another crime.

You have a point, illegal migrants, human smugglers and drug smuggling cartels are a clear and present danger to the national security of the United States. However, the bigger danger are the communists inside of the beltway who are running our Federal Government.

Rob... you do have a valid point there yourself.... here's the problem, though, as I see it.

Constitutional guarantees and freedoms are one thing... but the State and Federal Government Machines BOTH are a formidable foe, with hundreds of thousands of very well armed officers in many departments that take and obey orders ... wouldn't you agree?

BTW... Dr_Zinj is also right! Though I may agree with his sentiments.... I happen to be a realist too!

That being said... the only way to end this quagmire in DC and and State Capitols,,, is for each and every ELIGABLE, REGISTERED VOTER to get off their lazy carcasses and vote 'em ALL out, with the exception of the elected officials that actually take their jobs seriously and work on our behalf!

When President Obama announced his administration’s plan to unilaterally change immigration policy by halting the deportation of younger illegal immigrants, he promised the American people it wasn’t amnesty.  The administration claimed that only those who met certain requirements would be granted a stay of deportation. In the beginning of July, The Washington Times reported that eligibility requirements were being overlooked and in some cases, illegal immigrants who were “apparently eligible” were being actively sought out.
