Funny, but last time I was in San Francisco, I saw dozens of hispanic/latino panhandlers. Even funnier, they didn't want a sandwich if you offered them one, they only wanted money.

Perhaps the distinction is that Ted Cruz was referring to legal citizens and that the San Francisco persons are illegal aliens. Just supposin'. Frankly I don't care if a candidate is bland or not. I only want him to be a solid constitutional American fiscally and socially conservative in the mold of our founding fathers.
