Humberto, you were an idiot. You should have shot the guy coming at you right in the chest. That would have concentrated the majority of shot on him with very little getting past to hurt your wife. It would have also distracted the one on your wife and provided an opportunity to take him out too. (Especially if she dropped to the ground immediately on being released.) Yes, there was risk involved. Tough beans. You and your wife were unbeleiveably lucky not to have been beaten, raped, or killed.
