The correct term is "martial law". I suppose "Marshall Law" could have been applied to the Marshall Plan for rebuilding post-WWII Europe. But that was an economic law, not a use of force.

A pretty, young, auburn-haired woman – mid-20s – drove down a lonely country road somewhere in Oklahoma.
