To all my conservative, right thinking friends here at TH: Take the time to love and hug your children and/or grandchildren as much as you can. I lost my youngest son when he was 2 yrs old many years ago when two doctors misdiagnosed what was wrong with him. I know first hand the pain of losing a very young child and the pain never really goes away. So I say again, love and hug them every chance you get. You never know when suddenly they're no longer there. Best wishes to all of you, Rabbit

My most rewarding job was as an ICU in the pediatric ICU, Children's Hospital. The most painful care was seeing parents suffer through the death of their child. l was there 10 years, worked as an educator and nurse the last two years.

The patients and their families are still etched in my brain and I very often send another prayer for all of them. Every day that I went home to my 4 kids, I felt blessed. Best wishes right back to you, downtherabbithole.
