since we have a patients rights law in america, when the shortage of drs hit america, and they want your primary care giver to be a pa, or nurse practioner, and you refuse to accept that and demand a real dr, what will happen, will the panel over-rule you and dictate your health care provider???I go to the VA and they constantly attempt to do this, and I refuse and only accept drs, I have serious health conditions, and at least four time a pa or np has almost killed me because they are in over their head, so now whats going to happen??? And what happens to those who dont even know better or their rights under federal law that has exsisted before OBAMACRAP
