Ginsburg HAS TO BE THE WORST supreme court justice of all time. and the most unethical as well. When she leaves the court we should have it marked as COMMON SENSE DAY for the supreme court , a return to sanity.

Ruth Bader Ginsberg's sole experience prior to being put on the D.C Circuit Court was as an ACLU lawyer. While the tradition of delivering the opinions at the end of term has previously worked in favor of presidents, this time it has brought a better awareness to the public debate. The justices used to select at least 280 of the 8,000 cases brought annually, confer weekly and present their opinions in June. Now they have 4 clerks each (who choose the cases for certiorari) and give less than 80 opinions.

In the days leading up to the healthcare ruling, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is playing coy. At a conference this evening, she hinted at the contentious debate over the decision, but refused to give a hint at which way the Justices have swung. She also laughed at the supposed experts peddling their predictions to the media:

“Those who know don’t talk. And those who talk don’t know,” she quipped Friday night at a conference hosted by the American Constitution Society at the Capital Hilton.
