John Roberts' Arrogance

If I thought Roberts was simply mistaken I wouldn't want him to be impeached. But as best I can tell, Roberts didn't rule as he did because he was wrong, but because he wanted that particular outcome and invented a reason to support it. *That* is what makes him an honorless political hack that betrayed his country.

Tossing it back to the voters isn't his job. His job is to uphold or strike down laws based on their constitutionality. He manifestly failed to do that and in the process betrayed his country.

Roberts is an honorless political hack who has violated his oath and betrayed his country. One of the first orders of business after the election should be for the House to impeach him.

As of right now, you're right - NM falls into the Likely to Safe categories. But those polls are also almost two months old, and things are sliding Romney's way. Who knows where NM will be in four months?

Will he ban it except in cases of rape, incest, and real risk to the mother in those areas where the federal rules hold sway? I doubt it.

That particular evolution was lightning fast, the first election that was a real contest.

The Libertarian candidate has zero chance of winning, and will be taking more votes from Romney than Obama. If you lived in New York or Utah it wouldn't matter, but in New Mexico it may.

And you can hurt Obama even more by voting for Romney - if enough of you do, then Obama loses New Mexico.

Do you have any proof that Romney's fees fall into that category, or are you simply assuming? From what I've read, at least some of the fees Romney raised hadn't been adjusted for inflation in over a decade.

Capt-Call Wrote: 1 hour ago (1:20 PM) "Thats what I thought . Romneybot you will make excuses for him no matter what he does." And just how do you get "I will vote for him regardless" out of "Whether I vote for him depends on what he does, why he does it, and what the alternatives are"? You are casting serious doubts on your reading comprehension.

Depends on what he does or doesn't do, why he does or doesn't do it, and who his opponents are in the primary and general election.
