Romney's qualifications were far superior to zero's but the gimme-gimme voters didn't want what he was selling. As long as they're getting their unemployment/welfare/wic checks, who cares what the economy is doing? Since they don't pay taxes anyway, they applaud the idea of 'taxing the rich'. They're ignorant on foreign policy so Benghazi didn't matter. And, as with slick-willy, whatever scandals are going on, it doesn't matter, because, character doesn't count. With zero, experience didn't count. So now we have character and experience added to the economy and foreign policy as non-relevant factors. It doesn't matter WHO the Republicans present so long as the voters are oblivious to what's going on. Don't blame Romney.
