Palin has kind of a mixed record on oil production in Alaska. Her talk of the "good ole boys" is slang for being anti-capitalist. I would like to be assured she will be more pro oil exploration than she was as a moderate governor of Alaska.

She put away quite a few, and they were from both sides of the aisle.

We at Townhall love the idea of having Palin as secretary of Energy in the Romney administration. She recently talked to Fox News about whether she'd accept a position in a Romney administration (and handled the question very diplomatically):
