Universal Background Checks and Physician Reporting Are Just Plain Frightening

Remember, it had to pass before we could find out what was in it. Practically every other paragraph said "shall be written by the Secretary of HHS." Nobody could know what was in it. Currently, there are 13,000 new regulations written under the ACA. Physicians are already required to ask Medicare recipients about their lifestyle -- smoking, exercise, advance directives. It would be a logical extension to ask about gun ownership. Of course, all you have to do is lie if asked about this. The doctor has no way of checking.
