Guess this will all be good when we 'whites' become the minority or will the laws be changed then? When the average woman is as 'strong' as the average male I guess they will replace a heck of a lot of men in their jobs or should they be there now with affirmative action? After all affirmative action does not seem to realize the issues of equal ability!
