How Safe is Your Hospital?

I am a high risk patient (and yes, partly through my own fault) who recently was ill. Ended up at ER, and had a hospitalization. I gave them a full list of meds I take and all the health problems. Then, after admittance, handed over my nitroglycerin and the antibiotics my dr. had had me on. They gave me all my regular meds and antibiotics while there. When I left hospital after 2 days, they gave me back my nitro, but not the antibiotics.....still had like 4 days worth out of 10 days left when I handed them over.
