The rank-&-file Left are dupes for the kleptocratic elite, & Leftist philosophy are used as rationalizations for kleptocracy & statism. The "leftist" ruling elite don't "love" the poor, they exploit them as another justification for kleptocracy. If the elite should succeed in subverting the vote & being able to make it whatever they want thru hi-tech ballot-box stuffing & legions of ficticious "voters," the "poor" welfare clients will find out how much they're really "loved." The elite don't hate "the rich" per se, they are the rich & many of the rich are them. What they hate is for people to succeed and prosper without their say-so.

I shared an amazing video last year featuring Margaret Thatcher exposing the left for wanting to keep the poor destitute if that was the price of hurting the so-called rich.
