LOL! Under "NOT McCain Feingold" the American (NOT Chinese, NOT Saudi) flesh&blood human beings making up CU Inc. were free to pool their resources to disseminate a video critical of Hillary, per the 1st Amendment. Under "McCain Feingold" according to the FEC, they were not. "McCain-Feingold" & the FEC contradicted the 1st Amendment, therefore they lost, quite rightly. That has NOTHING to do with China or Saudi Arabia, so peddle the xenophobia elsewhere. QED.
Does Comedy Central have a right to free speech?

Some congressional Democrats believe no association of human beings formed in the manner Comedy Central has been formed ought to have freedom of speech. Accordingly, they have sponsored constitutional amendments to incorporate this principal into our basic law.

This is no joke.

The First Amendment says: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."
