Obama on Losing Olympic Bid: No Sweat

As http://www.canadafreepress.com put it: "Mmm, mmm, mmm: Humpty Dumpty Takes a Great Fall. The image of President Barack Obama as King of the World folded like the proverbial house of cards today.

And when it folded, it folded on the well-lighted world stage."

Need I say anymore?

Tort Reform: Remedy or Red Herring?

Mr. Connor is a highly well known Medical Malpractice Trial Attorney who practiced in Tallahassee, FL and Polk County Florida for many years and had a reputation for never losing a case. He nearly destroyed my husband's confidence as an ER physician 21 years ago in a trial that Mr Connor actually hung his head in shame by losing.

He and the likes of him is what has caused medical malpractice premiums to skyrocket, along with discouraging physicians' children from pursuing their parent's profession.

Now you know why he's opposed to Tort Reform!

He has tried over the years to distance himself from his "shark" image and even ran unsuccessfully for governor of Florida counting on his "pro-life" record to win ( see http://news.google.com/newspapers?nid=1347&dat=19930708&id =huASAAAAIBAJ&sjid=JP0DAAAAIBAJ&pg=2650,3434559 )

If you read his "red hearing" article in Townhall.com, you will now understand why he's so adamantly opposed to Tort Reform.

Ken Connor was a VERY HIGHLY well known Medical Malpractice Trial Attorney in Florida who had a reputation for never losing a case (God had other plans in our case 21 years ago!) He also was involved with the National Right to Life (I think the Florida Right to Life) and the Family Research Council at one time.

I just did a Google and I was surprised to read that he had a bout with pancreatitis a few years ago. It's very probable that he saw an ER physician (as my husband is) who saved his life! I know of many physicians who have a policy of not accepting trial attorneys as private patients (would you trust one?)

Si, el es un raton, tambien!

Why would I even read an article by Medical Malpractice Trial Lawyer Ken Connor who specializes in attacking physicians and who has done "wonders" for destroying our affordable health care system? I witnessed first hand how he attempted to destroy my husband's character in a lawsuit, since he had NO FACTS to support the suit. Thankfully, we had a smart jury who could read through his salivating tactics!

Yes, it's people like Mr. Connor who have caused malpractice insurance premiums to skyrocket. Check out his http://www.centerforajustsociety.org and you will get to know him for what he is - a shark in sheep's clothing.

Happy for you, sorry for myself. I don't pay for cable (if I could ONLY get FOX I would sign up) so I will miss you on network TV (I only watch selective programs) and I always enjoyed you insight! The networks keep digging their own graves - they will soon learn how much you contributed to their viewings. Best to you!
