Yes, I agree that deflategate is a ridiculous topic and that there are much more important things going on in the world. However, I disagree that this is a non-issue. The NFL is a multi-million dollar industry. It dominates our culture for 6 months out of the year. Millions of parents are raising boys playing the sport. Our kids are watching, too, looking up to these overpaid prima-donnas playing a game. For this reason, yes, it's a big deal. We are teaching our kids, it's okay to cheat and then lie about it. Once again, no consequences. Our culture has fallen so far that cheating isn't a big deal. Neither is lying. Integrity doesn't matter anymore. So, the matter may be 'boooooorinnnng' but the real problem is that we have become desensitized to lying and cheating. Yes, we should care and yes, it is news.

My favorite quote will be, "Nothing remedies a temper tantrum like a little fascism, am I right?" I like it. I hope they do turn on each other-and as Hunter says, the sooner the better.
I love responses to her tweet, she is completely irrelevant-even in California.
Really?? Not motivated by race? They thought he was a white guy (which he is, just not an American born white) and in their minds this was justice for Michael Brown. Like Farrakhan says 'an eye for an eye'....

I realized that I made a mistake about my post a second after I hit post. I believe that the protests in St. Louis and Ferguson are large and very dangerous with looting and rioting. However, I was speaking of the protests throughout the country-like NYC. They seem to be small groups-kind of like OWS nonsense. The media covers them and closes in on the group to make them look larger than they are. If only 100 people are protesting in NYC with a population of over 8 million, it seems like a non-event to me. The media sure is not publicizing the numbers of people. That suggests to me that the groups in NYC, San Francisco, and elsewhere are not that large. ...and you did not answer my question.

Can anyone answer this question: How many people are involved in these mobs rioting or protesting Michael Brown's death across the country? I saw the picture of the people that entered the Macy's in NYC to protest, or whatever. The group did not look larger than maybe 75 to 100 people. The group that tried to interrupt the Macy's day parade were estimated at around 100. If this is true, and I do not know what the numbers are, there are not a whole heck of a lot of people protesting. I am beginning to believe this is a non-event. If there are only a couple of hundred people involved in these protests, in cities where millions of people reside, this is really a made up 'resistance' only bolstered by the media. Seriously...
Sure...and Romney was supposed to win, too.
Hahahahaha. You're a moron!!!!!

A friend of mine was with her 8 year old son in NYC when they inadvertently came across a gay pride parade. Later that night she found her son crying. When asked why, her son responded "If we all are gay, we will become extinct." I realize it is a very simple observation but I found it interesting...out of the mouths of babes.
