I listened to the audio. Clearly the teacher was wrong on many counts. Her biggest problem, imo, was her inability to control the class. But Doug Giles' silly rant makes me wonder what kind of students he wants to see? This unruly bunch? Armed with cell phones and a determination to push as many buttons as possible? Are his student-spies going to be running the classroom? How long until Joel's Army becomes the new Hitler Youth?
