I commend and applaud the celebrities that have come out in support of a SANE gun control policy. Unlike many of you posters; I do NOT see any "hypocrisy" in their doing this. These people are ACTORS for God's sake. Their job is to ENTERTAIN. What the hell does that have to do with their being against the proliferation of all these assault weapons? The lunatics and psychopaths who view a so-called "violent" movie or video and then go out and try to enact what they saw in a movie or video are the problem. Only a stringent gun control policy will keep these deranged people from acting out their warped fantasies. Finally; we need to address the DEPLORABLE way inwhich we deal with the mental health problem in this country.
In the wake of the Sandy Hook massacre, Mayors Against Illegal Guns launched the campaign, “Demand a Plan,” which features A-list celebrities calling on Americans to demand a gun control plan from their elected officials. Of course, it’s nothing more than typical Hollywood hypocrisy.

You honestly can not believe your comments. I'm SICK & TIRED of that LIBERAL WAY OF THINKING! THIS COUNTRY HAS SOME OF THE STRICKTEST GUN LAWS & yet you continue to use that same line. How convenient.
However,I do agree with you that the mental health issue needs to be dealt with.
