Movie stars and other celebrities are entitled to voice their opinions. They also are entitled to be wrong. They should not have the credibility with the public that they have, but we live in a celebrity impressed society. The President is more of a celebrity than he is a competent leader.

One of the great actors of his age, though not greater than his brother, was John Wilkes Booth which says more to me about actors than anything else. Actors start believing they are as smart and as witty (with a quick retort) as the heroes they play on the screen.
Watching Susan Sarandon at an Occupy WS rally without a script is not a pretty sight. Watching Obama without a teleprompter or the earpiece that broke during his first debate is pretty ugly too.

Movie stars and celebrities? Now I get it. That must be why they had tony bennet testify about gun control. These clowns don't rate capital letters and I refuse to waste capital letters on any of them. As I've said before, if these clowns are so concerned about CO2, they should do the honorable thing and take themselves out of the equation thus reducing their "carbon footprint" to zero. I'd say thank you for that.

You must be counting Bush as a chimp and not a person.

Hey, rowboat, at least Bush wasn't nearly as bad as the Marxist raghead we have now. If you think it's bad now, you haven't seen anything yet.

I didn't like Bush either, but id pick him over Obama any day. At least Bush was trying to do right by America. Obama just likes the title and the benefit package and will lie, bribe, cheat and steal to keep the perks. Its obviously all he really cares about is making him and his cronies prosper.

If you’ve ever been to Washington, DC on a cold winter day, you’d know that 30 degrees Fahrenheit is pretty darned cold in the capital. With steady winds over 20 mph and the damp, swamp air, the cold snaps at you like the bitter end of a rolled up towel.

Chicago at 15 degrees isn’t as cold as DC at 30.

That’s why I find it hard to believe that 35,000-40,000 global warming activists, who by all rights should not have winter gear- they shouldn’t have it, nor should they be allowed to have it- showed up over the weekend in...
