They are slightly less bad than Democrats. I blame much of the problem on the MSM and on an uninformed and non-working electorate. The only trouble is that when you have too many takers and too few makers, you eventually run out of money and lenders will no longer want to lend wihout vey high interest rates to try to cover the risk of default.

Movie stars and other celebrities are entitled to voice their opinions. They also are entitled to be wrong. They should not have the credibility with the public that they have, but we live in a celebrity impressed society. The President is more of a celebrity than he is a competent leader.
Cash may not produce much interest when deposited in a CD, but even though the interest will not cover inflation or the income tax on the interest, it is better than getting nothing as I did with Regions and AIG. Many years ago an article by The Institute of Economic Research pointed out that real estate could lose value, bonds could lose value, stocks could lose value and put out the statement, "Stand still, little sheep, to be sheered." At that then the only possible defense was the ballot. But the low information, never worked, illegal voters have diluted that defense. Donald W. Bales
Accurate, but very discouraging. The Republicans have tried to be Democrat Lite, but they can never outdo the Democrats on spending, spinning and doling out money, goods and services to a non-working poorly informed electorate. The MSM might as well be called the "State Media." The Supreme Court is no longer a brake on the other two branches. Most of the trouble the country has been the result of actions or inactions of the Federal Government. Is there anything at all that it does well? I would like to be informed and convinced.

Hillary Clinton's Dodgy Testimony

Hillary's alleged double vision-prism lens for her left eye suggests that her central vein may have caused some permanent damage. Not enough to change her character or personality though.

Obama's Health Care Problem

We have a disincentive society and economy. People are rewarded for not working and for having babies out-of-wedlock. Even ignorant and stupid people can figure out how to work the system. The last scam is fake disability-the most recent way to get welfare. All of the "advanced" countries face a demographic problem with too few young people and an economic problem with too many takers and not enough makers. In the U.S. Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security costs are more than the U.S. economy can fund and without a change eventually the system will collapse.
Who would oppose any restriction on out of wedlock births? Paradoxically many of those who would like more low information (or false information) and non-working voters are also in favor of unlimited abortion. Many of those babies aborted would have grown up to add to afore mentioned pool of voters. Lack of an involved and caring father is at the root of many of our social ills effecting many young people today-of all ethnic groups, but more in the black than others.

Interesting that quite a few of the comments had nothing to do with the article. Also interesting that France and England seem to be interested in military action outside their countries. Have they awakened to the danger of radical Islam? When will our "leader" decide to call it what it is.
We try to fix fiscal problem with a monetary approach. We try to approach infant mortality with health insurance when the problem is life style of the pregnant woman.
I have long suspected that "pundits" and "experts" don't know much judging by their incorrect predictions.
Don't just stand there, do something. Do something even if it doesn't work and actually makes things worse. Avoid common sense like you would the plague. Although common sense is very unlikely to be contagious. Too bad that it isn't.
