God was where he has always been. Tucked away in the imaginations of millions of fools.

Adams's contempt for his Townhall audience is as deep as his contempt for his students (see any column discussing them). He really doesn't believe that Townhall readers are half as clever as himself so he has to warn us that his cleverness is coming. I believe the appropriate biblical reference would be "pearls before swine."

Spoken like a true Christian. No mercy for non-Christians. Or was that Shakespeare?
Right on!!! And Lester Maddox's refusal to serve Black people showed his commitment to Martin Luther King, Jr. -- he based acceptance on their character not their skin color.
Yes, I remember the condolences extended by Limbaugh and Coulter and Townhallers of all persuasions when Ted Kennedy died. Very touching.
Since God had Ted Kennedy's life in His hands forever, why did He wait until he died to give him his own seat in hell?

Imagine that! We can certainly be thankful that Christ and His followers have never indulged in violent attacks on others in the Americas or in Europe. Not to mention the Middle East. At least not to the point of murder. Or not many anyway. No more than 5 or 6 million certainly.

What about those homosexuals who believe in Jesus Christ as Lord? We know God loves homosexuals because He created them. Why would He destroy what He created? Seems like a silly idea.
A good thing we found out Wilt Chamberlain was gay.
And if wishes were horses, beggars would ride.
