Taking Down the DNC "War on Women" Meme

The RNC featured strong, competent independent men and women who pulled themselves up by their bootstraps. The DNC is telling us that we can't survive without hugs and handouts from First Daddy Barack.

Yeah, I like those multi-million dollar bootstraps of George Romney and the lawyer bootstraps of Ryan's father. And, as to 'pulling oneself up,' don't forget that Paul Ryan has been a career - repeat, CAREER - Washington insider who pretty much rode the million dollar bootstraps of Jack Kemp. And, now they are transferring their "pulling" to the bootstraps of billionaires like the Koch Bros. and, my favorite, Las Vegas gambling icon Sanford Adelson.

Romney was raised in wealth, yet GAVE AWAY the inheritance he received from his father. EVERYTHING he has, he's EARNED.

Obamao WAS RAISED IN WEALTH. He's made millions prior to and since becoming President.

Moochelle was RAISED IN WEALTH.

I guess it isn't the wealth which matters, but which side of the aisle possesses it...

The RNC featured strong, competent independent men and women who pulled themselves up by their bootstraps.

Add to that a strong family with parents who gave them the tools and values to succeed.

For months we've been hearing liberal Democrats scream about the so-called Republican "war on women." The opening night of the DNC convention in Charlotte Tuesday could have easily been confused with a pro-choice rally as speaker after speaker boasted about believing in a woman's right to choose. NARAL President Nancy Keenan even said having an abortion should be viewed as an act of dignity. But on top of promoting abortion at anytime, anywhere, for any reason in the name of women's health, the DNC played a video glorifying Senator Ted Kennedy.

For those not familiar, Kennedy has a long...
