Too bad hey will be mostly wasted on the GOP. Yes, the GOP has done fairly well opposing Obama, but you had better believe it's because they were forced to , against their natural inclination, by the rising Tea Party Movement back home. They're getti ng religion now, but wait until The Dems no longer have a lock - like maagic, a big number of GOP will vie for the Title of Best Reach-Arounder. Recall how quickly Newt's Contrct for America was ditched after the government shutdown engineered by Clinton, was taken on by the media machine.

This past weekend, after President Obama addressed the annual retreat of Republican Members of the House, I, along with my Salem Radio colleague Hugh Hewitt, and John Fund of the Wall Street Journal, were also invited to address them.

This is an abridged and edited version of my remarks.
