What does Timmy actually do as Treasury Secretary? So far the month he's decided that (1.) there is no reason to put any limits on the national debt; and that (2.) extending the payroll tax cut is off the table. For his guaranteed aping of Broncobama's agenda, he collects a huge taxpayer funded salary and otherwise behaves like a bought and paid for left-wing supporter. There is no apparent taxing of Timmy's prodigious liberal/progressive brain involved, so an immediate halving of his salary would be appropriate.
In the wake of last year's deal to cut payroll taxes, Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner was publicly adamant that it would be the last time that payroll tax cuts would be on the table as a way of stimulating the economy.

“This has to be a temporary tax cut. I don’t see any reason to consider supporting its extension” in 2013, Geithner said at a Senate Budget Committee hearing.
