I agree that Jesus was apolitical, but IMO Marxism and modern liberalism are tools of the devil. The paraphrase the Scriptures, we wrestle not against flesh & blood, but against spiritual wickedness (i.e. demons and the devil), meaning there is a spiritual battle at work in this world and you are on one side or the other, and we know who is on which side by its fruit. In the political realm in the west this battle is being played out by competing philosophies, Marxism (Cultural Marxism) and Conservatism.
