I am worried that some will in effect place people on a "no gun list" similar to the "no fly list" without warning or recourse or judicial review. Suppose your Dr asks if you have guns, and you give him the "none of your business" answer, and he reports that you have paranoia tendencies to some agency. 2 months later you go to purchase a gun, and get told you failed a BG check ... Think it won't happen that way?..

dmc-This administration is going to force people into the black market to buy guns so they don't have to deal with the background checks and registration. That's going to be the only way to have guns the government doesn't know about.
