some postmaster generals prohibit the workers from delivering on private roads up here, sounds similar to what you are describing. mine donated posts to help us build a mailbox set at end of road and drives down for packages (against his orders) and tries to balance it out. some postmaster generals run their own fiefdom.

irony is out here (rural maine) last year one took over that actually does care and goes the extra mile to help.

hey I live in a trailer, double wide, because I have not applied for any ssi/medicaid, etc benefits even though dr and lawyer tell me to take it. holding off as long as I can. living off my va disability, disabled vet, covers the mortgage on my trailer. not all people in trailers are trash.

if you can prove that the addiction has caused you to be socially isolated or has caused medical problems then you qualify. prior to 97 or 98 no qualifier was needed.
