Lipton7.62, if all the weapons are to be locked in vaults, it will be awfully difficult to quickly grab one to defend oneself, by your statement, apparently your plan is to haave some else protect you, because if you did by chance have a gun, it would be locked in a vault and you wouldn't be able to get to it quick enough. I really don't believe the bad guys lock their guns in a vault......
