Obama already has one. It's called the FEMA Corps and is under the control of Napolitano as is the Department of Defence and Homeland Security. They have now graduated their second class and are going for more. These are Obama's "brown shirts". They have automatic weapons, hollow-point bullets and armored personnel carriers. Not so many moons ago, President Obama urged us all to "make sure that we are talking with each other in a way that heals, not a way that wounds."
