See my point below. This is absolute garbage. All this does is give a disgruntled spouse a weapon to attack their partner. I would be ashamed to have my name associated with legislation as poorly conceived as this seems to be. If you live in Missouri, you should be contacting your state reps and senators. If this dies in committee, so much the better.

Missouri House Bill 402 is a major step forward reducing gun violence, domestic violence, and other forms of serious violence. For decades, federal and state policy attempting to impact these growing problems failed because the policies were pointed in the wrong direction.
