In summary: Immigration laws do not need to be enforced. Laws against unlicensed poker games MUST be enforced.

Defeating Harry Reid is not the objective. Establishing a conservative government that reflects the will of the majority is the objective.

Remember John Roberts decision on Obamacare? Who appointed him? Liberals appoint liberals and govern as liberals, whether they are Democrats or Republicans.

Prohibition worked out great! For Al Capone. Have you noticed that people don't gun each other down in the streets over a case of whiskey anymore?

If you buy MacQ's argument, you need to vote for some before you can find out.

Again, the only language the GOP understands is money and votes. The GOP is responsible for Obama's reelection. They couldn't beat a highly unpopular President because they couldn't get people to turn out to vote for Romney. It has nothing to do with liking Obama - I said I'm not happy he won. I'm also not unhappy Romney lost. The GOP needs to start responding to the voters it claims to represent.

You can't hold any politician accountable AFTER an election. The ELECTION is the mechanism you use to hold them accountable.

I'm sorry, Derek, but you are wrong. The GOP needs to change and there are only 2 incentives it responds to 1) big money and 2) losing elections. Most of us can't contribute $5 million to a SuperPAC, which means the only way for the center right majority to ever regain a voice in this country is to continue to punish the GOP when it runs RINOs. They aren't "centrists", they are liberal legislators and executives who happen to be members of the Republican Party. Romney was the poster child for everything that is wrong with the GOP - a Country Club Conservative who governed to the left while he was in office. I'm not happy Obama won, but I'm also not unhappy that Romney lost. The only hope we have for meaningful change within the GOP is continued rejection at the ballot box of these candidates. I will not vote for a leftist, whether they have a -D or a -R after their name.
