That is not true. Absolutely not true. Consumers would be able to get better coverage for less than they are now paying. Better meaning suited to their needs. At least people would have an option. Who are you to say that just because some people would pay only for catastrophic that somehow justifies the majority of us being denied the ability to actually shop the market for the best product at competitive prices (which does not exist now).

Any day now, the U.S. Supreme will rule on whether the Obamacare insurance mandate is constitutional. Seems like a no-brainer to me. How can forcing me to engage in commerce be constitutional?
