It's a volunteer corps. By the way, send Obama a message that the 's' in corps is silent. I know, he's so much smarter than Bush 43, but somehow twice Obama pronounced the 's' in corps in speeches. I guess he never read or studied about the military while studying so hard on the one or two small parts of the constitution he claims to be so learned about.

Any day now, the U.S. Supreme will rule on whether the Obamacare insurance mandate is constitutional. Seems like a no-brainer to me. How can forcing me to engage in commerce be constitutional?
