I'm a 1952 child. Montana is a great state to come from. I think the big cities and the left & right coast people do not and did not have the right upbringing. Marriage, friends and work hard attitude does make a difference. The BS on the TV and print is just backwards. The political people after a short turn in office start playing the game. Their thinking gets mixed up. I do not care what they say as they think first of themselves. We have to go back to a non paying political position and with term limits. Not one political person will vote for that. The people in the age group you talked about John are good, strong and able people for the most part. The few are making Us look bad. And Don't call me COMRADE!!!

It's not just where you live. I grew up in a big city in Massachusetts and am definitely not one of those foolish liberals. Granted, location and association can have a great impact on one's ideals, but you can't paint anyone with such a broad brush. Even this Entitlement Generation has its share of people with common sense and strong ethics. Unfortunately, it's the rotten apples that make the biggest stink and get the most attention.

The choice that we face today is between freedoms on the one hand, and ruin on the other.

There has never been a generation in our history that has been given more than the generation which was born between 1945 and 1960.

They were given so much by their hard and hardy parents, who by fighting through a real economic depression and a great world war, helped bolster freedom for the free and bequeathed freedom to millions of others who lived in the twilight of tyranny.

I call these sons and daughters of what we know as the Greatest...
