There IS no 'church'. There is the Catholic Church founded by Jesus Christ upon the 'rock' of Peter with the promise that hell shall not prevail against it. Which of 30,000 Protestant sects you 'choose' to be the right one...29,999 other Christians will say you are wrong. The Protestant so-called 'Reformation' has almost destroyed the Catholic Church.... but surprise! We are BACK.

What is a catholic spirit?

Whosoever shall receive one of such children in my name, receiveth me: and whosoever shall receive me, receiveth not me, but him that sent me. And John answered him, saying, Master, we saw one casting out devils in thy name, and he followeth not us: and we forbad him, because he followeth not us. But Jesus said, Forbid him not: for there is no man which shall do a miracle in my name, that can lightly speak evil of me.

Catholics have too many man-made laws.
I prefer the Freedom given through Faith in Jesus.

In an interview with Oprah, Osteen—who also recently served as guest chaplain at the House of Representatives, by invitation from Representative Jackson-Lee—indicated that homosexuality is a sin and seemed quite uncomfortable saying so. He quickly added that homosexuals would be welcome in Heaven just as people who commit other sins will be welcome.

What he did not emphasize...
