Well good point, but my intent is that the Americas, especially to the south in the Latin American nations, the people are still strongly faithful to God by and large. Perhaps a Latin American pope would help strengthen the church overall. The church shouldn't be political I agree but perhaps it must strategize. The Holy Spirit will indeed provide signs, but perhaps men make decisions from this.
