Islam does nothing to compliment the values of this country. In my view, it is NOT a religion according to our definition of the word, but an oppressive, tyrannical political system conveniently wrapped in the mantle of religious dogma. It is nowhere consistent with our constitution and should never have been allowed to establish a foothold anywhere near our shores. As usual, we, the Am. people, always wait until it is almost too late before we finally decide we've had enough. I can only hope that the present administration will be in business for only one term and the next one will have the backbone and determination to put the train back on the right track and not allow it to be derailed again.
