YOu all must seem to forget that the House is responsible for passing money bills. Just look at who's in power if you really want to know who is at fault. Thinking back, wasn't George 1 coerced into raising taxes because he had a Democrat congress to deal with? Congress did it and George was chastised for allowing it. Don't any of us ever think this stuff through?
