Another wing nut heard from. There is no requirement for both parents to be citizens to be a natural born citizen if you are born in the USA.

Two supreme court cases have said so, Wong Kim Ark and Minor V happersett.

Multiple lower court cases have stated so such as ankeney v Indiana.

There are TWO types of citizens, Natural born who get citizenship by birth and Naturalized that get citizenship by taking an oath. The 14th amendment makes clear that all those born here except children of foreign diplomats (or enemies at war or under treaty) are BORN citizens and thus are Natural born not naturalized citizens.

Rubio won the vice presidential straw poll at the Conservative Political Action Conference in Rosemont, Illinois, Friday evening.
